Using all of our applied research systems, Metrics@Work has established and continues to build and study a Human Resource Management Database (HRM) as a major focus of its work. The HRM database contains data collected from a wide set of Human Resource Management tools developed by Metrics@Work or licensed to Metrics@Work.
